So, how did I get into writing novels?

That's a question I had only recently asked myself. Frankly, I only asked myself this just after looking at another author's profile on WritersCafe.org, and it was then that I realised that my reasons taking up writing isn't at all what people would expect.

I like to think that people take up things purely because of passion. This can stem from keen interest during your childhood; me, I was never interested in stories as a child. I was more like the jock who made fun of people.

No, in fact, I only took up writing because I had too much spare time. Over the course of time, I eventually developed a passion for writing. Unfortunately, I probably tried to become too professional too early and ended up with some horrible scars on my knees and shins. The best thing about this is that I've learnt from it.

If you're expecting me to spend the majority of my days writing novels, you're sadly mistaken. Frankly, I'm 17 years old, and high school is killing all of my free time. The only free time I get is procrastination. That's about it.
