My girlfriend's husband say's that we need a more beefy president of black people and that only Will Smith is capable of getting jiggy with such a task... big willie style.

d.david….I don't get it. At least not from you who write poems while pounding on the tables of morality and disposition. Being a democrat or republican (or whatever falls outside the two party system of governance) means that you "Will Not escape 'ever' your pinkish insides. Good morning to you my friend.

Change in the proper direction is the closest we humans can ever get to perfection. Flowers, fists... the amount of variables are nearly infinite. You can shade it any way you want on the surface, but if you define yourself that way, if you shade your morality and disposition - you are no better than what you despise no matter what color poet living in Detroit you are. (we're all pinkish red on the inside)

I don't think being a White male is ever a learned discovery. But some people need flower gardens as poetic impetus, others need a fist fight. I read your latest offering; full as it was with romantic notions and emotion. That's what I meant about human connectivity. Your name is not the only thing that has changed. Keep on writing

I'm in a woeful slump. I start things, and abandon them almost immediately. When I write badly, I read even more poorly.

I would like to be associated with the remarks of the last speaker.

There are days I read your work, and I wonder why the rest of us bother, since you've already said it.
