I'm 44 years old. I've been a firefighter most of my adult life. Some recent events have caused me to dig deep in my soul and I found that I can express myself with words.
I know NOTHING about poetry! I don't know about styles to follow or how you are supposed to format things. I just write what flows out of my heart so please let me know what I am doing right and wrong (but be gentle please) I've been the "tough emotionless guy" for most of my life but there is much inside of me that I want to let out.
