I am a survivor of intimate partner violence. The healing road back has been long with many mountains and valleys. But...it is getting better all the time. I poured my pain and anger into my poetry. It has been a great outlet. I want to turn what I went through into a positive in my life and not a negative. I have no doubt I will get there through God's grace.
