All About the Kids Forum Hello

My name on this site is Marie, that is my middle name.  I've been a writer my whole life.  But I started writing poetry last August.  It's been a great experience for me.  Growing up I wasn't free to express myself.  Through poetry, I found my voice.   My poems vary a lot. But I've noticed a lot of my poems are poems that children would enjoy, so that's why I joined this group.  I have a whole collection of childrens poems and stories.  I don't have children, so please inform me if something that I post is inappropriate for children.  Being a parent could make a difference in the area of censorship.  I won't be offended in the least bit.    Anyway, I'm excited to be here!
