Hello everyone,

Just so you know, we've worked out some guidelines for disciplinary procedures. This is just for transparency, not because we see any of this going on here. All of these rules will be effective as of today.

Disciplinary Procedure

Bad Reviews - defined as a substantial number of complaints followed by admin review and verification
First offense - Coaching by admin team.
Second offense - Coaching by the bossy admin.
Third offense - lose one submission week to the person that received the WORST review from you, as determined by the admin team.
Fourth offense - group expulsion.

Bad Behavior - defined as regular, aggressive or confrontational behavior in reviews, responses to reviews, emails, or the forums - you all know what we mean, more commonly known in internet parlance as flaming
First offense - Warning.
Second offense - Required, posted apology.
Third offense - Group expulsion.
As a possible remedy to non-regular conduct of this sort, isolated to a disagreement between individual members, the admins reserve the right to moderate the dispute to a resolution or to call on the assistance of other, non-involved members with expertise in dispute resolution.

Failure to Review - defined as failing to complete the required 4 reviews per week without submission and approval of a get out of review request.
First offense - Warning.
Second offense - loss of one submission week to the person that you failed to review - if more than one, lose one week per review not completed.
Third offense - group expulsion.

Expulsion without Procedure - The administrative team reserves the right to modify these rules for exceptional circumstances and to utilize group expulsion as an immediate sanction for particularly egregious conduct or within the probationary period.

The probationary period of two (2) weeks shall apply to all members added after the effective date of these rules. A majority of administrators shall be required to expel a member on probation without instituting disciplinary proceedings.

After the probationary period, unanimous agreement of administrators is require to expel before the termination of the stated disciplinary proceedings.
