The reason we write poetry
is to free our soul
An inner voice that cries to
be set free, to fly

High among the clouds on the
wings of words we soar
Seeking your soul we are, for
if we can remove your peel

That layer that insulates you
from sadness, from tears
Or a sigh, or laughter, then
our muse did serve us well

Will you tuck away a line or
two in the depths of your soul?
You must we whisper, because of the silver moon
when we die nothing's left behind

We are The wolf's under the silver moon
