Nicole Marie Cortes

i was born on June 9th, 1988 in Santa Ana, California. After only two months, i was bundled up and taken aboard a jumbo jet bound for Hawai'i. I resided in Peral Harbor for the next three and a half years before moving to Spokane, Washington. Here i started school and by the middle of 2nd grade, was back to hawai'i. I lived in Kaneohe until the summer after 5th grade. I moved to Western Washington and lived in a small town called gig harbor. i began to establish new roots and decided that it was there that i wanted to be. three years later we moved to the tiny town of rota, spain. After hating it for a year it grew on me. (how could it not?) i look back on my years in spain as the best in my short life. i now reside just outside of oxnard, california where i once again find myself content to be.
