About Me

Hi, my name is Jeff and I am 25 year old guy from CT. I'm a confused young adult, like many, looking for his place in life. I love movies, books, riding my bike, and I am very passionate over music. I play guitar and drums when I can. I've lived by the ocean for most of my life and love the country more than the city (though I sure love visiting). My favorite sort of writing is the kind that explores humans and their emotions and interactions with one another. I admire Neil Gaiman as a writer. I hope one day I will get into graduate school to extend my love for literature and possibly have a successfully published novel that would later be used as a basis for a film. But I am still new to this, still learning, forever to be the student. I am here to learn and to be inspired. So I ask all of you to be my voice of reason, be my critic, be the ones to help find myself in my writing. Thanks.

Hey, thanks for the review. I told Graveline in response to his review that the angels mentioned are not the typical presumed angels. They are people compared to angels. So essentially the poem is asking, where are the beautiful people had gone, my kind of beautiful people. Like poets, and painters, intellectuals etc. Although I do understand the same "faith" role may need to be taken into consideration with the angel-like people.. maybe I don't see any because I don't deserve their company, but wouldn't that just make the poem even more desperate? anyways, it's all growth and communication and I'm thankful you took the time to read the poem and comment on it. thanks again.

Thanks so much for the review. I'm glad that it reminded you of the big city sort of thing, and yes, it was New York. :D Oh, and I know what you mean about the lack of other senses in a lot of work. I'm very aware of that and I try to incorporate as many senses as I can into my work.

I'm definitely looking forward to reading some of your work, and to more of your reviews! Have a good night.

Thanks for reading "A.M." He is actually my boyfriend and he's a cover thief. Also sometimes he rolls over really hard and shakes the whole bed, makes it hard to sleep.

Thanks again.
