Since I was very young I have enjoyed writing. In my early years I wrote short stories and poetry. For publication I have written predominantly feature articles for newspaper and magazines. I have a desire to write a series of books for children. At this time of my life, perhaps that is just on the horizon.

I am working on doing a couple of blogs -- one for our family, and one just for me to share with my friends. I enjoy journal style writing... I enjoy sharing and being reflective in that style. As a "home schooling" mom I also help my son with his own blog, which is a way for him to enjoy writing.

I am mom to two wonderful boys and "MiMa" to three joyous grandchildren. I am truly blessed. My husband and I, along with our youngest son and our Pug dog, live fulltime in an RV. We travel some right now, but look forward to travelling more in the not too distant future.

I found this group by accident... I look forward to meeting other kindred spirits who have a passion for writing.
