I have just written a 70,000 word memoir about my experiences in foster care as a teen, entitled, The Long Winter: One Man's Journey through the Darkness of Foster Care (Author House, 2010). I live in North Carolina, and divide my time between teaching Greek at my college, coaching at a local high school, and playing with my wonderful dogs.
