I've been an aspiring writer since I was very young, writing short stories, poems and "huge" novels, (all of 10 pages), beginning at the age of 8. As time went on, I was sort of "encouraged" to go a different route for the reason that writing would only make a wonderful hobby and certainly couldn't provide me with a proper income. Thus, I became a nurse, a profession that was very respectable, acceptable and certainly expected. I continue in this field but my writing is increasing for me and I am hoping to one day devote my full attention to it. I am thrilled to have found this site and am looking forward to your thoughts and ideas. Happy writing everyone!
