I'm an award-winning poet and author of short fiction. I also write screenplays (short indies and features) and recently finished a manuscript for my first non-fiction book. I've been a professional writer and editor for nearly 30 years--magazines, newspapers, books and freelance. Currently, I'm also the Film & Arts Editor/Critic for YOU Magazine, an entertainment magazine based in Toronto, as well as a number of other print and online publications in North America. Currently traveling and visiting friends in Canada and the Midwest, I live in Santa Barbara, California.

You don't just create compelling stories, you see them as clearly as a movie in your mind. You have a knack for details and dialogue. You can really make a character come to life. Chances are, you enjoy creating all types of stories. The joy is in the storytelling. And nothing would please you more than millions of people seeing your story on the big screen!
