I love nature, video games, traveling, vintage, music, geeking out, films, philosophy, and literature.
Some odd things I enjoy include: Greek mythology, anime, clay animation, beauty, culinary art, alchemy, antiques, steam punk culture, counter culture, and mycology.
Some TV shows I like to watch are How I Met Your Mother, Regular Show and Breaking Bad.
When I watched Midnight In Paris by Woody Allen, I felt I knew myself better. Like the main character, I too wish to live in an older era, if only for a moment. It’s like this intense longing I can’t properly explain.
I really like cute things and small things. I don’t have a collection of things, but I do have most of Miyazaki’s films. He is a wonderful director, better than Walt Disney if you ask me.
I like comic books, and I believe the greatest and funniest graphic novel I’ve ever read was Scott Pilgrim.
I have stacks of books on my shelf that I haven’t read yet, but would love to. I guess I’m not as big a reader as I’d like myself to be. I also want to learn how to cook.
I’m picking up drawing again. I used to be able to draw characters from anime series very well, then I stopped. I’d like to master the human body and faces at least. Then I can draw pictures of beautiful women ;) And maybe while I’m at it alter what society sees as beautiful today…
When I look into my future, I get anxious about being in the prime of my life, whatever that may be. I’d like to think it is 25, so every time I think about being in my prime, it just seems further away. I am 18 years old.
