well, here's a wish for your happiness, sometimes, when my past is tormenting me, I just try to live inside the present. Keep moving, don't let the nasties get ya :)
sometimes it helps to read about other's pain, helps to forget my own :)

oh hunny :s so sorry to hear :( i know how it feels, and even though i haven't done it for quite some time now that feelings pops back in when times get hard :s
