Hello folks
My name is Melony and I'm a writer with a dream of becoming an author one day. I have written strories from the age of 12 which I know is a little late. When I was 13 I found out about a writer Catherine Webb who wrote her first book at 14. It became my dream to have a published book at 14 as well. Obviously I didn't know back then that you have to study writing as well just like any art you want to persue professionally and excel in. Years later at age 15 I wrote my first book at 15000 words, saddened that I hadn't completed a novel. Over the years that followed I edited that book and eventually threw it in the dustbin. I also realized that I like writing books that a short and that every story has its own wordcount. I've learned to fall in love with my characters and create a bond that could never break and I've learned that it's okay to open your feelings to the world through your stories. I hope you will loe reading my stories, they are dear to me, and that you will as well feel inspired to churn out a story of your own.
