I have been writing for over thirty years, off and on, but life and work and sorrow and fleeting ecstasies have always gotten in the way of me doing something that is enduring. But having recently become a father, coupled with growing frustration with the futility that is working for someone else, compels me now to turn my eyes, mind, and fingers to something that will cement my future and that of my children. I cannot honestly say that everything that I write will be to people's liking, nor will everything seem sensible or logical; however, I will always try to offer up a story with memorable characters and story lines unlike what is currently floating around in the literary universe. At least that is my hope...
