I want my words to flow

Sound flowery and poetic

But my f*****g useless brain won't cooperate, no

And now I just sound pathetic

Ain't it fun?

My mind refuses to quiet down

My heart refuses to stop running

so fast, so loud

Everything is crashing and thumping

Ain't it great?

My body is so thick

Like hardened, heavy cement

I can't move, can't breathe, can't think

I hate everything about this descent

Into madness, sadness, the absolute brink

Ain't it amazing?
