Command Men

Command Men

A Poem by Royal Martinez
"

No religion is one of peace. All were creations of era where the masses were subjugated by a ruling class. The modern age is no different. The rabble is still incited to wage war on each other

"

                                     Command men

 They pushed her to death.

One balcony, one fall

It was considered just,

Being a major component of Jehovah’s principles ‘an ‘all!’

Though a major tenet is thou shalt not to kill,

Ah!

Humans have free will.

The choice to choose any path

Whether it be, the brightness of day

Or the cultivation of an obsidian heart

Lift up a rock and he is there,

No

He without sin cast the first stone

No

Would you have stood at his side that day?

No?

Life after death in the kingdom of Heaven

Be John the Baptist, Mohammed, Barabbas or Lazarus!

Is there any questionable, motivation or answer?

Joshua blew a horn which wrought,

Naught but devastation!

An omnipotent being, needing a questionable face to spread its message,

While they stress that War, is senseless

Though definitely not alone in that consensus

Amazingly,

Honesty has become synonymous with revolution

Common knowledge or modern train of thought is any uprising in society,

Immediately oppressed to a stamping!

Trounced rigorously and tossed over the threshold

Tears forever hurtle through space to face off ‘gainst,

God knows what kind of future!

Crying for them since it’s obvious they’ll never know…

“They will never know”
