A CRESCENT MOON

Love under a Cresent moon

A crescent moon hangs high.
It's like love coming from above
Never knew It could shine like this
Pouring light on the one I love.

When I close my eyes
In my mind I do see.
Visions of a life time
Of loving you , you loving me.

I know this is not a dream.
My heart tells me this is real.
The moonbeams tell a story
Of my love and how I feel.

A quagmire no longer haunts my soul.
For there's a shaken deep within.
Another portal has been open,
So a new journey can begin.

So be with me my sweetheart.
I'll kiss and love you every day.
I'll fill your soul with ecstasy.
Never let that passion go away.

So come lay here besides me
Become one with me once more
I'll whisper that “I love you”
Then forever we will soar
