An affable/humorous 'charm-tale' about inventive Xmas-customs for (shared) superstitions and 'ghost-magic' differentiating the 'onside-kick' between the sexes (husband/wife)...perhaps.

Retiring from writing today or tomorrow (latest), so I thought to offer a special Christmas story, loosely inspired by A Christmas Story (Bob Clark).

Well, I'd been weary with all my horror-comics writings for Homeland magic online and decided to make for a more affable Xmas-cinema drawn home-magic in NJ/USA where my wife was preparing for a special 24-hr viewing of that classic Bob Clark film, A Christmas Story, which drew surprising fanfare among nerdists of American patriotism on modern social media (e.g., Facebook/YouTube).

Now, Ezzy (my wife) and I considered our Homeland-Jersey townhouse quite the typical safe/comfy residence for magic for Xmas-time, and I wondered what I'd offer as a special spice for our Bob-Clark 24-hr movie viewing that holiday-season, beginning on the 24th, and I decided to pen a special social media lifestyle 'reflective' Xmas-tale, complete with a nod to the iconic 'treasure' piece from the Clark-Xmas film, that indelible 'sexy' vaudeville-showgirl shaped leg-lamp (ha). However, Ezzy wondered about Facebook-commentary for residence-biases in America (photo-graphics).

EZZY: You can't be seriously real, hon.

ME: I'm serious, darling; this leg-lamp doodle-drawing will spice my Xmas-story!

EZZY: That lamp is the dread of all housewives (like me); it's an omen, stupid.

ME: No, no; it's pure ghost-magic for Xmas-art(s), Ezzy; I'm doin' it (now!).

EZZY: Goodness me, what will my friends say (on social media)?

ME: Who cares?

So I acquired this 'deed' of holiday-season personalized magic, making that leg-lamp from the Clark-film a special 'magi-gift' tale complement for an online short about the superstitions of holiday-season ghost-magic paired with an American love of movies/cartoons. I'd acquired that great-award, perhaps elusive even to my old man, an immigrant who never really grew-into all the strings of American humor/charm(s).

EZZY: This is truly embarrassing, husband.

ME: No way; this is cartoon-classic for American records, Ezzy (for bureaucracy).

EZZY: Jesus me.

Ezzy got me a Cali-Bow commemorative sportsmanship 'trophy' card that Xmas, hoping I'd pen a more male-personalized Homeland (American) culture superstition yarn about wrought distances to social-media life/magic, which I did (for her/us), but I'd always consider that leg-lamp 'deed' my (serious) bureaucracy-deed for all the lights of Xmas-time activity (for social media).
