Amlan Satan thought he'd have a flourishing American Homeland career as a dutiful serviceman, a cop, until after one terrible criminal incident which led to a poor prosecution order yielding an escape by the culprit(s) made him emotionally and mentally snap (simply). Officer Satan now called himself the Maniac-Cop of his American Homeland city of those pesky 'incomplete-distances' readings of commerce/transit securites-and-superstitions for post-9/11 era invasion/terrorism paranoia-language/art.

SELFIE-POST: "I look like a maniac, but I'm the last-hope of the dark walkers."

Dressed as a Scarecrow in black and still boasting his cop-badge for street-patrol(s), the Maniac Cop (Officer Amlan Satan) was now nothing short of a prowling zombie-psychopath, simply executing vandals and goons and loose associations or henchmen of the criminal underworld, offering his own bloody-murder solution(s) to the modern Earthling incomplete-lines problem of Selfie-culture cynicism...and Halloween-time hopelessness (hmmm).

SELFIE: "The city's dark and uninviting, and I'm its AntiChrist for dark-guns."

Fortunately for the rest of us, who're honestly/somehow unnerved and uneasy about this bad-crusade of the American Homeland, the sharp new Internal Affairs detective, Shelbye O'Hara, was rightly-assigned to this horrid-case, of a masked 'Scarecrow' self-appointed anonymously cyber-blogging Punisher, who sometimes used creative weapons like crossbows and toy-guns reassembled and of course HCL. Detective O'Hara started feeling the angst, however, of pursuing bad-punishments in a city marked with criminal depression for bad Selfie-journals (wow).

MANIAC COP: You're jealous.

DETECTIVE O'HARA (Shelbye): I dunno who you are, but you're the Devil!

MANIAC COP: My victim-count is one of the books for the Heaven's Gate, hon.

SHELBYE: You won't get-away with this (all), Maniac-Cop; I'm crazy too now.

MANIAC COP: Crazy like a mouse?
SHELBYE: What's that?
MANIAC COP: Wanna join me, detective (hahaha)?

SHELBYE: Damn (Facebook like).

Will Shelbye turn to the dark-side, like Amlan Satan, the Maniac-Cop of the American Homeland? Shelbye wrote in her diary, "If this Punisher is (somehow) killed himself, me thinks he'd return (somehow)...as a zombie-specter/messenger of the dark (damn!)." The story continues, and perchance shall find Internal Affairs' Shelbye O'Hara wrestling with the transit-dialysis of Earthling-paranoia...and superstitions of memory and bad divinations (for all!).
