Hope

Hope

A Poem by Abraham George
"

we all should have........

"

I love to walk in rain

While am alone in pain

Don’t let anyone see again

That I am crying in vain

Only girl that I fall in love

Make her mine forever how?

Always need her in my arms

To feel all her warm charms.

I don’t know! She flew away

I don’t know how to find a way

I know I need to be with her anyway

I will find her someway

Love sometimes is like the ocean. Because once u find luv. It feels like it will last forever. But just like the ocean has it's tides. So also does love.

Nicely written
Thanks for sharing

One can feel the pain in this write. That is the beauty of this craft. The first section is close to my heart because I feel the same way. Simple yet beautiful and touching. Loved reading this.Thank you for sharing.... Bala Gorthi

My pleasure.
I loved this, your words choices and your rhymes at each sentence was just great!

The first part of this poem made me remember when I walked in the rain, something I loved to do.

Well penned Abraham, thank you for sharing :)

You're welcome. ☺
This is a heart felt plea to the rain. Perhaps the rain will find her someway. No corrections, but perhaps you could use 'charms' instead of 'warms? Or even 'warm charms'. The line, 'only girl I fall in love' seems a bit odd (to my ears) but I don't think you should change it. It is a lovely little poem.

thanks for the great suggestions.
This is a very somber and simple poem. It however should have this line at the end... as it's true and pure... Any Poem should have this line when talking about hope. "Hope is a good thing... Maybe the best of things and No good thing ever dies."
