Contradictory love

The moments we drive each other mad
Multiply

Stubborn fits deny comprise
In your eyes
I know I've won
No matter right or wrong

The song we sing
In unison
Could bring a stone man down

Anxiety consumes my brain
In a way
Only you can calm
Your strong stare resurrects me
No one would suspect we
Could burn together so long

Irrational and detached
Within my voice
I snap you back
An army may attack
But I stand up alone

You may only be a man
But understand
I live inside your smile
I'll die on your last breath
You walk beside my miles
You carry my happiness

There are some beautiful pictures in this .... "The song we sing in unison could bring a stone man down".... "I'll die on your last breath". Fabulous! For some reason I'm reminded of Bernie Taupin and one of my favourite lines of his ...."there are women and women; some hold you tight; some leave you counting the stars in the night" ... I'm not suggesting this is related to your excellent poem, but I just thought of lines I've loved.

Very sophisticated & dulcet words. Liked the way you blew away. Love's oft. resided to hearts that farther and further makes people getting swung with some hues - the smiles of pleasantness - lost in the happiness of each other. Title's so profounded as well, no doubt, has many themes of vibrant love in it that's onwards shown to your poetry ... enjoyed reading it.
