This was wrote for my brother, who passed away on June 2, 2006.

You have left us,

But your spirit is here.

It follows me,

And protects me.

 

Physically,

You're gone.

Mentally,

You're far from gone.

 

You were depressed

And hurt;

I understand.

I still love you.

 

Though you're not with us,

We will never forget you.

You were a son, a brother,

An uncle, a friend, and a husband.

 

But most of all,

You were loved.

We will always

Love you.

 

You can rest in peace

With Grandma and Grandpa.

We love you.
