No one can ever understand,
No one there who can comprehend,
No one there to mend,
The shattered pieces of my chest,

"Mom, dad, I always feel so sad",
"Ungrateful child, why are you never satisfied?"
Maybe I'm sort of going mad,
It just feels like I lost all that I had,

Once upon a time oh love you saved me,
So why is it that now you have left me?
How can I now ever be happy?
Why did your love decrease for me?

We barely talk anymore,
Weren't we supposed to last forevermore,
My heart still bleeds for you from its core,
I'm still worried about if you are okay,

In my dreams we are together again,
And you take away all my pain,
Protected in your strong arms,
But all of it is not in the reality.

This is a beautifully written poem. The flow of the words is almost perfect and each line has so much depth to it. It is easy to relate to for those who have struggled with their emotions. The ending could have been a little better, it seems to stop a tad too early, but all in all it is a beautiful piece.
