Triumph

I had to write a sonnet for my poetry class, and I thought I would share it on here.

Practice makes perfect is what is always said

But what if people would much rather quit

Quitting can lead you to live in your head

When people give up it's done very quick

Some people succeed but others will fail

Those who have chosen failure might not care

Those who care will always refuse to bail

Wisdom is not easy to give and share

Failures never seem to get far in life

Some failures are also deliberate

The only way to success is through strife

People fail because they're inconsiderate

Since success isn't something easy to see

Perseverance will forever be key
