I Should Have Known (poem)

I should of known what would happen.
It was wrong to happen.
It hurts everyday.
I hold it in everyday and from everyone.
I want to tell people but I'm afraid they'll hate me.
It's hard for me to think with it coming back every time.
I don't want to lose trust from everyone.
It comes and comes.
I wanna tell but at the same time I don't.
It kills everyday.
If I did tell, I wouldn't know how to put it in words tho.
I'm being totally honest.

I can relate to this feeling...but then again I think everyone can at one time or another. It's hard to open up with people even if they are close, you don't want to disappoint them or have them not understand where you are coming from. Everyone needs someone they trust to talk and let things out.
