My Salvation

Not able to find my place,

I await my fate of being swallowed whole by darkness.

As I plunge farther into despair I begin to fade.

My life means nothing,

All I want is to leave behind my dying body,

My soul, screaming in pain wants to let go of my heart drowning in sorrow.

To leave this life and finally feel freedom.

It hurts my soul to live.

My wounded and confused heart has given up all hope of salvation.

I can not find my light.
