The Lonely Little Candle

The Lonely Little Candle

A Poem by TJ

The lonely little candle

Patiently waits,

Melting into the darkness;

Feeling empty, unloved-

But she simply waits,

As silence closes in;

Echoes of a dream,

A dream that once was and will once be

For the lonely little candle.
