Slippery Ice

Slippery Ice

A Poem by AngeloRosell

Slipping and sliding

Marble floor Ice

A giant round lake

With a quiet pale dot

Stuck in the middle

With wet rubber soles

White winters so cold

The sun sways closer

Flowers bloom green

Thinner than lace

The ice melts away

I'm a lake walker so I'm really liking this poem. Well done Angelo!

I like this one, I take the ice melting away metaphorically, nicely done. Thank you for sharing this one.
