Fan poem for the anime "Fullmetal Alchemist"

Who knew of such perfection in a smile?
Such radiance in a single tear?
Until I ripped it away from you with my deception
The world of our innocence is but a distant memory now
Your touch a metallic dream
But I promised to turn back time for you

We’ll keep running ‘til we reach the heaven we don’t believe in
Grasping for an imaginary ray of light
That burns red with the blood we shed
Guilt sweeps through the wings we’ve built together
Crushing them with the help of the blazing sun

But I won’t let you fall
Let our passion be your savior
Flying us over this sinful night
And until we reach the morning sky
I’ll be your fullmetal dream

woot, fullmetal alchemist...can't say i've watched it, but definetely heard of it, and it's anime!
I liked the imagery you created, and it flowed pretty well. I really enjoyed reading the last paragraph, especailly the lsat line 'I'll be your fullmetal dream'
