Escaping Pessimistic Insanity

Escaping Pessimistic Insanity

A Poem by AnnaMariaQQss

To all contrite affairs of mine

Times enemy of wear and tear

I'm prepared and I'm ready

to swear into preemption
I will not sabotage myself

by reflecting upon the not so

clever nor ever bright old me

I'm fixing myself and tossing

out the old pessimistic things

disengaged by people or things
I've finally extricated the self

by taking great care of all my

special little mental weapons
My delightful
dares and measures

So beware what so ever

or who ever gestures the need
to sever me or compare
such things
I've barely escaped the fate of insanity

But
I've fought a blatant fight to win my vanity

Yeah Gods. A bombardment of ideas, emotions and language. I am awed by the complexity of phraseology, the weaving of themes and sheer movement of this poem. Brilliant work, well worth the usabe of the word. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
