Alone We Are

Alone We Are

A Poem by Anne Timmins

Soar high my love and leave the shade,
spread your wings - new birth.

A fairy tale I will not see,
for Eden is my sweet perfume.

Who are we...who are you...?
who am I... child of life...?

In the arms of my God,
I found my place.

His everlasting love,
embrace..

So many questions, always a good time to find peace in them.

A poem that will especially delight those you think the same...

Searching for a place, and finding it in the aspects of life you deem most comforting to place your faith in, feeling safety in the arms of your deity. Fantastic portrayal, the simplicity of the poem helps convey a sense of inner peace.
