I'm Sorry

I'm Sorry

A Poem by Annebelle Ashire

I can't promise you tomorrow,
But I can't buy back yesterday.
So I sit, and i wait, for all of this, to be okay....again.
I can't tell you how I feel, because these thoughts are more than real.
Reality, not my specialty.
Abnormality, it's how you look at me.

((chorus))
I'm sorry for what I did to you.
And I'm sorry, for what I, put you through.
For what I said, what I've done, all the things that ever went wrong.
I'm sorry for, what I put you through.
((chorus))

All the memories, leading back to you and me.
Looking at the scars, laying in your arms, it all lies in the stars,
The story, of you and me.
Friends until the end,
You always said we'd be together,
But THIS IS THE END!

so,

(chorus x1)

I said,
I'm sorry for, what I put you through.

.....I can't promise you tomorrow.....

.....I can't buy back yesterday.....please forgive me.....

.....I'm sorry......I'm sorry......

(echo "I'm sorry" x3)
