Is religion so weak?

Conflicts can be resolved without the use of weapons too....No point can be proved to the dead bodies

Is religion so weak?

That it can be offended by a movie or book or few words,

Why do people need weapons to protect their Gods?

I heard that every religion preaches peace, non-violence and love,

Then which religion is followed by these nerds?

Religion was created for the well-being of humans,

But now it has become the mask of hypocrisy for the jokers,

Words must be countered by words,

Every opposition must be peacefully heard,

Tyranny has no place in any religion or even in this world,

Why do you not understand?

You are not doing any good to your religion by killing the innocents,

Conflicts can also be resolved by words,

Do you want to prove your point to the dead bodies?

Have you forgotten that there is something called humanity?

Please don’t blame your acts on God or religion,

It’s your sick mentality, nothing else,

Please don’t make your religion so weak or fragile,

No religion needs any weapons or blood-shed to survive.

Religion can’t be so weak,

That it can only be run by hatred and blood.

i hear ya on this one, Anurag---

there is an old dylan song this reminds me of "with god on our side"

as long as we have the illusion that we are the good guys, we do it in his name (all the violence)
we think we are right.
i don't think any God would be attesting to violence in his name.

I've gotta say that this is really how I think.
But let me tell you that is not the religions fault, is the one who takes the religion to another level.
It is true that the catholic religion and others have made a bunch of mistakes in the past but it was bevause of their liders.
For now in our world we see liders in religion that are 50-50. But there are also people who take religion to another level way too much.

It's been a while since I understood religion; I must admit, I have no idea what religion is anymore, though I like much of it, there is a lot of wrongdoing that occurs mistreating the people and so forth like you say,
