You live through me..

when i stare into the blank nothingness (even today)..
..all i see is you..

i see the light that used to be my sunshine..

i see the smile that used to spell my joy..

n the eyes in whose reflection i saw the goodness in me..

cause you were and still are my escape..

my hope n happiness..

and even if you are gone..

you are there in every hallow i stare at n will always be..

you may not be around but you will always live through me..

A interesting, thought provoking and beautiful poem. However it could be even more powerful if you sharpened up some of the wording. You use 'I' too much and 'and' or 'n' also words like joy, hope and happiness are not necessary and could be better expressed in a different way. Other than that you write beautifully.

I agree with the previous review stating that they liked the line "You may not be around but you will always live through me". I found this poem... Sad? I'm actually not quite sure, but it was really good. :)

Sweet poem, and a good memorial for our dearest who have passed away, I loved the ending, "you may not be around but you will always live through me". Great poem.
