Floating in the stars,

Wanna be held closely,

Tightly in your arms.

I don't care about the others,

Or the mistakes we made,

I'd never want you,

Or our memories to fade.

So keep me closer,

Hold me tighter,

Because i am a lover,

Never meant to be a fighter.

 

And i want you to see,

What our lives really mean,

If they didn't have a meaning,

Our dreams would never be seen.

So choose carefully now,

For the things you do,

Don't lose your hope,

Or the love that grew.

This piece sounds melodious and flows like a song without music. Needless to say, I love it! The rhythm is enchanting and the ending to each stanza is perfect.
