The Power of Love
Verse 1
A desert flower, it embraces desert storms
Storms that rage with no rain or thunderstorm
She sees and feels a new sunrise
She sees and feels its arms of twilights last hour
She sways to its dance of desert floor blown winds

You are this flower, a gift of creation

You look upon a storm arising, fast approaching
Your arms wide open

Capturing your beauty in its most powerful way

If only I had its strength of arms to hold you
The way I see it hold you

The verse of its song, seen through my eyes
The phrase of a whisper

Never wanting to settle down
Its eyes of hunger, rests upon you

If only I had its strength of arms to hold you
The way I see it hold you
