To Whom It Concerns

To Whom It Concerns

A Poem by West of Everyone

I wander the vast deserts of my mind
Dying of thirst, longing for life

I swim the flooded rivers of my emotions
Drowning in their overflowing

I clamber up the steep crags in the ravine of my dispair
Falling back to the depths

I exolore the deep cave of my heart
Crushed in its colapse

I sleep in my death's embrace
Icy fingers wrap my soul

You...shining in the corner of my eye
Dare I hope?
