creature of the night

 

move easy

i know my way

i prowl these streets

every night and day

the close i become

the more scare you are

i'll sneak up on you if you

give me a chance

hell i could be

on the seat beside

you on a bus

but i don't need

transportation

i can run faster

then any movable

object

i know my way around

the city, so don't think

you can lose me

i see my prey

easy for the kill

hunger as i am

im not after

all but one

i will wait

just before dawn

to make my strike

evil you make think

i'am but you need

to understand

this is my city

city for one

protected

shell be done

hunting is not

permited.

break my rules

free game on you

strike down

is what i will do.

for iam a creature

of the night.
