A Poem by Astraeaa

The sun is never tired
When melody of prelude chide
Swaying a decade and five
Changes thy lonely life
The poet started to write
in the beauty of the light

Yet the days in the sun
The moon started to run
Light fell into the abyss
Deep down, the poet missed
The shade had come-t'was too late
Ending at decade and eight

I agree dear Astraeaa.
"Yet the days in the sun
The moon started to run
Light fell into the abyss
Deep down, the poet missed
The shade had come-t'was too late
Ending at decade and eight"
The above lines are so true. We learn after, what we really needed. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.
