Dear destiny,

When I meet you

on that fateful day

there will be no question

When I meet you

under a beautiful night sky

the stars will align

When I meet you

on our first date

your smile will shine brightest

When I meet you

on our first road trip

your personality will sing loudest

When I meet you

in our first argument

your love will scream loudest

When I meet you

with our first hand hold

your confidence will be known

When I meet you

in our first embrace

your warmth will spread through all

When I meet you

and i'm on my knee

there will be only one question

When I meet you

from our first kiss

your lips will seal our love

When I meet you

on that fateful day

there will be no question

You will be the one I marry

for better or for worse,

in sickness and in health

'til death do us part

for as long as we

both shall live.

I wrote this poem as a letter. Not my usual writing style, but I figured I could change it up a little and try something new. Let me know what you think about it!

A unique read, I liked the letter styling from Fate to Destiny.

I didn't know quite what to make of this. Is it you embracing your destiny? Or given the signature, is it a fateful meeting between and destiny? If so, what is the outcome? Or is it a description of a fated romance?
Or am I missing the point entirely?
