Introduction

Writing is hard. It's annoying and pointless, and for what? Some high and mighty english teacher to tell you that you need to elaborate here, spend more time describing the character there, make it longer? My point of course is that school as a whole is a place for young minds to evaporate and fizz into the deep nothingness where all of our childish dreams used to live. The other students don't help either, tearing down our confidence and slowly changing our self-image into no longer the happy kids we once were, but instead our flaws seem to float to the surface of our thoughts.

We often become obsessed with fitting in, looking good, acting right. The best people were the people who didn't care about who they put themselves out as, but attempting to copy them ended up in awkward situations and saying all the wrong things, and sometimes the wrong thing could very well be the last.
