It's easy for someone like me
To get lost in just trying to be
When you get caught in the daily plea
Easy to miss the world you see

But to look up and get struck in a daze
There was something in your gaze
Something familiar in that lost haze
I could have stared into your eyes for days

In that moment you struck me to the bone
And suddenly the answers were known
To the questions I had asked all alone
For the first time my soul had flown

So now I stand here before you
Wondering if you even have a clue
Wondering if maybe you knew
Wondering if maybe it's true

So many questions I want to ask
If only it were so easy a task
To let down this old and worn out mask
Just suck it up and finally ask

If I were to offer you it all
Never again would you have to crawl
Would you answer the call
Just join me in the fall

If you and I stood side by side
And I told you how I felt inside
Even if you and I are untried
By my side would you reside?

So please answer just this last one
And please let your answer be true
So everything all or none
Would you?
