Children of Philosophy and Science

Children of Philosophy and Science

A Poem by BWOz
"

Are we going way off the rails with this pandemic and insane reactions? Well, who knows, I just think that "science" is very apt to lie to we sheeple at any chance.

"
Philosophy sat
on the head of a pin,
a set of beliefs
that rose from a dirt floor,
new ideas from old dust
we breathed and shared
until science showed up,
like scabby sores we keep picking
to prove what is hypothetical.
children don’t know philosophy
nor understand science,
they trust luck
and what momma told them
about making faces

this has a lot to ponder I like that it doesn't preach a perspective but just postulates a perspective. philosophy was indeed the progenitor of science but i feel that they are no longer closely related.
