Goodbye My Friends

Goodbye My Friends

A Poem by Pen The Willows
"

A goodbye for all the people I'll miss at my school.

"

Going our seperate ways

Our own paths

Our own destinies

Decidedly undecided

Barely thinking about our dispersal

Yet always thinking about it

Enigmatic, but so clear

May we all meet again

Years later

For now we say farewell

Reunions will occur, but they will be small in size

Indifference is how most appear

Even though they are sad inside

Not knowing what the future holds

Done with this period of time

So much behind, but so much ahead
