![]() A Numinous LigatureA Poem by Balkaran Sidhu
From dustless skies to our earthly oblivion
I have an semblance of her image the omni-present fragrance that breeds in the husks of my deficiency. A rainbow in the cloudless sky the eternal flame of solar credits, of motionless definitivity Her memory is my passion. From my pale mornings to golden nights, from the aches of acidic moments to eternal sighs and gasps of extrication She rules the dynasty of my metaphors. These is no finiteness to her divinity for what I lie awake in moon days There is no depth that I can preach in her Ornateness of tender lights. We yearn for the enduring spring of our youth In a life gleaming with nature's temptations for as much as we can love,as much as we can live finding endless joys in this pious bond. © 2013 Balkaran SidhuReviews
