SUICIDE

SUICIDE

A Poem by Bear

How am I to contend with a creeping death
That shrivels me inside and makes me scream
A growing madness that clouds my vision
So I can not weep away the sorrow
Open up my vein and let the blood flow
Do my self, an injury that I not kill
My anger not manifest itself into something uglier
I'll not take pleasure harming myself or others
A voice in my mind whispers insanity
While my heart listens and doubts the truth
For I feel more alive with each crimson drop
As my life bleeds away and I welcome death
