My favorite mythical creatures in prose.

Seen with such malice and cruelty but the amazing creatures of our imaginations. Noble monsterous creatures with the muscle and breath of fire to destroy a city in an instant. They are kings, masters of the sky, flying with grace looking down upon us humans. Celestial serpants in our spiritual minds, impairing doom on all that has wronged such a wonderous creature.
